I am a qualified Nurse, Midwife, Health Visitor and Lactation Consultant IBCLC. I have worked for the NHS here and in Denmark for the past 20 years. I have had the joy of being an advocate for women and their families supporting, enabling and empowering them during the most incredible but also sometimes one of the most challenging times in life. 

 

Infant feeding and supporting mothers to reach their breastfeeding goals have been my passion throughout my career and I have worked as an Infant feeding specialist for the NHS training midwives, health visitors and G.P.s and many other disciplines within the health service. 

 

I am married and the proud mother of 3 children. My breastfeeding journeys have all been challenging but very rewarding.

 

I started working as an IBCLC in private practice, in 2019, to be able to provide families with more time and continuity in infant feeding care. I live in the beautiful Ribble Valley and travel to Clients throughout Lancashire and West Yorkshire.  

 

I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the IBCLCE.
